This Privacy Policy explains how ApnaPaisa collects, uses and protects information when you use our website, dashboard, APIs and hosted checkout.
Information we collect
- Account information: name, email, phone, business details.
- Transaction metadata: order IDs, amounts, status and customer contact details you send through the API.
- Technical data: IP address, browser, device and API request logs.
Information we never store
Card numbers, CVV, UPI PINs and net-banking passwords are entered only on our authorised payment partner's secure pages. We never see or store them.
How we use information
To provide and secure the service, prevent fraud, comply with law, provide support and send service notifications.
Security
Secrets are encrypted with AES-256-GCM, passwords are hashed, and access is protected by role-based controls and audit logs.
Your rights
You can access, correct or request deletion of your data by contacting our support team or Grievance Officer.
