By creating an account or using ApnaPaisa you agree to these Terms.
Service
ApnaPaisa provides software that lets merchants accept payments. Funds are collected and settled by our RBI-authorised payment aggregator partner(s).
Free trial & subscriptions
Each new verified account receives free trial payment credits. One credit is consumed per successful, server-verified live payment. After credits are exhausted, a paid subscription is required for creating new payment orders.
Merchant obligations
You must provide accurate information, comply with the Acceptable Use Policy and applicable laws, and keep your API secret keys confidential.
Suspension
We may suspend access for policy violations, suspected fraud or non-payment.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the subscription fees paid in the preceding 3 months.
